Peers embarked on a crowdfunding campaign, #Rolls4Strolls, in the fall of 2015 to raise $25,000 for a used RV or camperized van for use as a mobile drop-in on Victoria’s outdoor strolls. Here’s a November 2015 interview with Peers interim executive director Leah Shumka on why a mobile drop-in is so important to the 140 people who work on those strolls.
