Peers has been providing outreach, harm reduction and education services for people in the sex industry for more 25 years. It is an innovative, multi-service grassroots agency established by, with, and for sex workers in 1995. Through direct service delivery and community partnerships, Peers provides an array of outreach and drop in harm reduction and support services alongside education and employment training for current and former sex workers, in Victoria and on Vancouver Island.

We’re currently raising funds to retrofit our new van to provide comprehensive, inclusive, seven-nights-a-week night outreach in the community. Help us get there here.

Please also visit QomQem Coastal Connections, a grassroots, Indigenous-led outreach program in partnership with Peers.

Peers Victoria Resources Society would like to acknowledge the nations of the Songhees and Esquimalt people in whose unceded territories we carry out our work.  As an organization, we are committed to addressing the combined effects of colonialism and stigmatization of people in the sex industry.
