Night Outreach Program Lead
Reporting to the program manager, the Night Outreach Program Lead is skilled in harm reduction delivery models, familiar with local health and community social support services, and is knowledgeable about street-based sex work/trade. Night Outreach Team Lead works collaboratively with team members to provide ethical, peer-based, responsive support that is informed by the needs of the participants.
- Program runs 6:30-10:30pm 7 nights a week. The program hours may be revised based on funding and participant needs. The program lead will need to work at least one night outreach shift a week (4-12 hours);
- Managing call outs, groceries and supply ordering, and program development (4-6 hours per week);
- Total weekly hours 8-18 hours per week (if not already working in the organization the expectation will be the successful applicant works a minimum of two-night outreach shifts a week, bringing the hours up to 12-18)
- Wage: $31.00 per hour
